Services

What we do, service by service

Three technical lines and four ways to engage. Each service can be taken on its own or combined under a single agreement.

Engagement

Four models, no small print

Hour bank
Senior experience on tap with no volume commitment. For ad-hoc support, second opinions and help with changes.
Fixed project
Defined scope, deliverables and timeline at a fixed price. For designs, rollouts, migrations and assessments.
Recurring service
A periodic fee for ongoing operations, sized by device count and service level.
Leadership retainer
An agreed monthly commitment for the Virtual CISO service, with regular executive reporting.
NET line

Networking and telecoms

From design to implementation, in small networks, large ones and data centres. In telecoms nothing can be left to chance: we focus on quality and on detail.

NET-01

Design review

We review installed designs or survey existing networks looking for design and configuration improvements. You get a findings report, the associated risks and a new design proposal where it makes sense.

NET-02

Change support

We work alongside you through the change window: objective, strategy, impact analysis and a reviewed step-by-step. With HLD and LLD to defend the change at the CAB.

NET-03

Implementation and rollout

We design and deploy wired and WiFi networks with perimeter security, sized to the need and the budget, with optional remote administration and on-site service.

NET-04

Network management

Hand over administration with monitoring and incident handling: LAN, WAN, SD-WAN and load-balanced services, with logs, backups and disaster recovery.

NET-05

Expert escalation

An escalation tier for incidents that won't resolve, with root cause analysis, even on hardware without an active support contract.

NET-06

Advanced telecoms

Carrier architectures: IP transit and BGP, MPLS and L2VPN, applying the best practice the market expects.

SEC line

Perimeter security

We cover every layer a perimeter needs: firewall, IDS, IPS, NAC, WAF, VPN and secure network access. No single platform solves all of it; our job is to pick the combination that fits your business.

SEC-01

Design and gap review

A review of architecture, policy, segmentation, high availability and perimeter exposure, with findings prioritised by risk.

SEC-02

Changes and migrations

Migration is the moment of highest risk. We prepare the strategy, impact analysis, a reviewed step-by-step and a documented rollback plan.

SEC-03

Implementation and rollout

We design and deploy the security combination your network calls for, keeping access to the business safe and the data protected.

SEC-04

Security management

We run your perimeter with monitoring that shows what is happening at any moment: changes, incidents, problems and continuity, 24×7.

SEC-05

Complex security

Beyond the firewall: best practice across IDS, IPS, WAF, NAC and secure access, plus protection for published applications and services.

MGD line

Managed services

You focus on the business; we focus on the network and the security always being there. We scale from 10–50 device environments to operations of more than 1,000.

MGD-01

24×7 monitoring

Network and perimeter monitoring combined with key service checks, from outside and inside the organisation, with alert and event handling.

MGD-02

Full security management

Complete administration of firewalls, VPN, WAF and remote access, including change requests and support across all your devices.

MGD-03

Switching, routing and balancing

Full management of the wired, WiFi or mixed network: LAN, WAN, SD-WAN and load-balanced services, with changes, logs, backups and disaster recovery.

MGD-04

Vulnerability management

A continuous risk management process across the different vendors in the environment, processing changes without delay. Based on NIST and ISO 27001 with PDCA cycles.

MGD-05

Continuous improvement

A steady stream of proposed improvements to the network and the perimeter, beyond day-to-day operations. Your infrastructure should evolve, not just survive.

We reply with a concrete proposal, not a catalogue. No project is too small or too large.
